Christmas Around the World
On December 7 from 4-7pm, we warmly invite family, friends and community members to join us to enjoy a selection of international foods, games and activities with a Christmas theme. There’s free face painting for the kids, a nativity-themed photo booth for families, crafts and more.

Advent Bible studies
Our final series of studies for 2024 has the theme of Advent as we prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Dates are November 28, December 5 and 12 from 7.15pm via Zoom.

Mingles Christmas Party

Bible Studies
The theme for the next three studies is Intertestamental Palestine – the 400 years between the Old and New Testaments. We’ll learn something of the world that Jesus was born into and perhaps understand why He came then. Join via Zoom on Thursday evenings for a 7.30pm start: October 17, 24 and 31.

Hospitality Lunch October 20
You’re invited to join a small group for lunch in a member’s home. It’s a great chance to enjoy a longer chat than over coffee without a meeting agenda. Be sure to keep the date free!

Combined Service at 10.30am
On Sunday September 29, there’s a combined service with Sydney New Life Church, starting at 10.30am (instead of the usual 9.30). It will be followed by a time of warm fellowship over lunch.

Mingles’ Potluck Dinner
In a change to the program, there will be an evening meeting hosted by Susie and John on Saturday, September 28 from 6pm. Deliciousness guaranteed!

Combined Service
On September 8, there will be NO 9.30am service at Thornleigh Hillcrest Uniting Church. Instead, we will join with other nearby congregations at Beecroft Uniting Church at 9.30am.
