Activities (Some are currently suspended due COVID19)

The congregation provides a wide range of social and religious activities, both during the week and on weekends and aims to provide something of interest to all ages and interests.  

Playgroup (Suspended)

Every friday 10.00am to 12am (school terms only). Crafts, music, dancing, games and more.

Cluster group (active)

The Cluster Group aims to provide an opportunity for older people (still working or retired) to enjoy fellowship and friendship in a social setting. Monthly gatherings, generally on the third Saturday of the month  or as announced,  take the form of  evening meetings, perhaps with a guest speaker, or daytime outings  to places of interest, often using public transport. A mid-winter dinner is usually held in July.
All those who would like to participate in any of the Group’s activities are welcome.

Mingles (active)

Usually meets on the 4th Saturday of the month for a variety of social events. Activities are generally targeted at the 25 plus age group but all are welcome.

English Conversation Classes (suspended)

Meets on Thursdays during school term 9.30am - 11.30am with qualified facilitators. Beginners and advanced learners. Join anytime. Cost $1/session covers morning tea and resources.

Chatterbox (currently suspended)

A group for the Senior Ladies of our congregation. This group meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 10.30am to 12 midday.The venue is usually at the Lillian Fraser Garden, Pennant Hills.We share a delicious morning tea, hear some life stories, have a brief reflection and enjoy general chatter.

Bible Study Groups

During the year, Bible Study groups meet for specific series for short periods (ranging from three to six weeks). Normally, groups are held during Advent, Lent, Pentecost and at other times to look at a selected topic, on a Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. The groups are open to all those who wish to consider and discuss Bible passages together in an informal manner.

Singing group (suspended)

A singing group has been formed with the aim of enriching our worship experience through the learning of new songs and polishing up the others, as well as adding extra instruments to the mix.

The singing group meets each Wednesday evening in the worship area between 7.30 and 8.30pm.
